The mechanical official may appear before the mechanical appeals board and request
that registration be suspended or revoked because of continuous violations.
(b)
When the suspension or revocation of such registration is to be considered at any
meeting, the person, firm, company, association or corporation to whom the registration
has been issued shall have at least three days' notice in writing of the time and
place of such meeting, together with a statement of the grounds upon which it is proposed
to revoke such registration.
