§ 19-225. Customer base.

All real property within the jurisdictional boundaries of the city contributing stormwater runoff to and/or benefiting from the stormwater management system shall pay utility fees unless specifically exempted. The fees shall apply to all tax-exempt properties within the city, including properties of federal, state and county agencies and non-profit organizations.
